Jugnoo Arora is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and administration within the hospitality industry. Since February 2004, Jugnoo has held various leadership roles at Jumeirah, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations - Rooms, where significant contributions include implementing the industry's first HotSOS Standardization and leading the migration from Opera PMS to Opera Cloud. Previously, Jugnoo served as Operations Manager, key liaison for the Group COO, and P.A./Office Manager to the CEO during a transition period. Jugnoo's career began in executive assistant roles at The Jumeirah Beach Club Resort & Spa and various companies including Singapore Airlines and Hilton, showcasing a strong background in office management and operational support.
