Stephen Cadley has a long and varied career in sales, consulting, and business development. In 2021, they began working as an Independent Consultant for Culture Partners, where they help organizations inspire action by connecting experiences, beliefs, and actions to drive company results. From 2008 to 2011, they were an Independent Senior Sales Performance Consultant for Korn Ferry, formerly Miller Heiman Group. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Managing Partner of X-Consulting Group, a Sales Performance Consultancy. In 2011, they were the Host and Producer of Atlanta Sales Talk Radio, a weekly radio show interviewing Sales & Marketing thought leaders. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Chair of the Organization Change Alliance, a collegial alliance of diverse organization development professionals. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Director of Business Development for Leadership Strategies, a Training, Facilitation, and Strategic Consulting firm. From 2003 to 2006, they were the Alliance/Product Manager for Internap Network Services. From 2001 to 2003, they were a Consultant for Momentum Business Solutions. Finally, from 2000 to 2001, they were the Vice President of Sales for 360Networks.

Stephen Cadley began their educational journey at Bunnell High School, which they attended from 1979 to 1982. Stephen then went on to Southern Connecticut State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science between 1982 and 1987. In 2002, they began their Master of Science in Organization Development at American University, which they completed in 2009. During this same time period, they also completed a Sales Professional program at Miller Heiman (now part of Korn Ferry - Sales Performance), which focused on Sales Performance, Sales Organization Design, Change & Coaching.
