As the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, Robert leads the development and execution of strategies that support the mission, vision, goals and objectives of Partners. In this role, Robert and his team are focused on elevating brand awareness and cultivating lifelong Member relationships through strategic initiatives designed to enhance member value, the creative and thoughtful telling of the Member and Cast Member stories, the products and services that support Member dreams, and community outreach programs to ensure we are always advocating for the financial success of the Members, today and tomorrow.
