Michel San Germán is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer operations and strategic management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Operations at Kueski since September 2023, Michel is responsible for fostering a customer-centric culture and leading initiatives to enhance customer experience. As Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at Interdami, Michel oversees strategic planning and operational responsibilities. Previous roles include leadership positions at DiDi, where Michel significantly improved user experience and operational metrics, and Elara Comunicaciones, where strategic planning and marketing initiatives resulted in increased sales performance. Michel holds an M.B.A. from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the same institution.
