Christopher Kimbrell, PE, is a Senior Engineer at Parsons Corporation since March 2016, specializing in consulting services for Tolling and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Prior experience includes serving as a Systems Engineer III at TransCore, where responsibilities included designing and integrating hardware solutions for the BAIFA ELN project. Mr. Kimbrell also worked as a Civil, Traffic and Transportation Systems Engineer at IBI Group, focusing on transit systems and ITS projects in San Diego, and as a Transportation Systems Engineer evaluating technology for E-ZPass across multiple states. Earlier roles include Land Developer at Mountain River Properties and internships at the New York State Department of Transportation and Bernier, Carr & Associates. Mr. Kimbrell holds a B.A.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo and participated in a program at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
