Festus Idowu began their work experience in January 2020 as a Market Researcher at ParkPow. In January 2021, they transitioned to the role of Developer and Analyst at Plate Recognizer, a subsidiary of Parkpow Inc. In this role, Festus performed feature tests, quality control, and analysis, primarily using Python and Docker. In March 2023, Festus joined Chemotronix as a Frontend Developer, where they are currently employed.

Festus Idowu completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University. Festus attended the university from 2017 to 2021. In terms of additional certifications, Festus earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification in June 2020. Festus also participated in the Microsoft ADC Game of Learners program in April 2021 and won the competition. Festus gained further certification from Saylor Academy, completing PRDV151: Bitcoin for Everybody in January 2023 and CS120: Bitcoin for Developers I in February 2023. Additionally, Festus obtained the SWOC certification from Social Winter of Code in October 2021. Currently, Festus has enrolled at Alchemy University, but no specific details regarding degree or field of study are provided.
