Sean Ellis, PE, is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in designing and managing construction projects. Since March 2019, Sean has been with Parkhill, focusing on General Aviation and Part 139 airport projects, including taxiway rehabilitation and airfield construction inspections. Prior to this role, Sean served as an Engineering Assistant at the Texas Department of Transportation, contributing to multi-million dollar roadway construction projects and managing contracts. Early experience includes an engineering internship at the Texas Department of Transportation and a position as an Assistant Band Director with Ector County ISD, where curriculum development and budget management were key responsibilities. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas Permian Basin and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from the University of North Texas.
