Currently serving as Directeur des opérations at PARIS SOCIETY since January 2021 and Directeur d’exploitation at Brasserie Paris Longchamp et restaurant du Golf Paris Longchamp since March 2019, Olivier has held various leadership roles in notable establishments, including L’opera restaurant and Noura. Olivier co-founded OS Gestion, a consultancy specializing in operational management for the restaurant sector, and previously managed multiple restaurants under GMPC. With a solid educational foundation in hospitality and management, Olivier's career spans over two decades, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in restaurant operations.
