Jon McGavin is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in luxury hotel management. Currently serving as the Area General Manager and Global Leader for The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center at The JW Marriott & Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Grande Lakes Orlando since March 2019, McGavin has earned notable accolades, including the 2023 AAA Five Diamond Award and the MICHELIN Star for Knife & Spoon in 2023, alongside a 2024 MICHELIN Key Award. Previous positions include General Manager and Hotel Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes, and Food and Beverage Director at The Ritz-Carlton in Marina del Rey and Cleveland.
