Helen Starling is an experienced executive with a strong background in strategic leadership and business development. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Paragon Workplace Solutions since October 2019, Helen has directed teams to create innovative solutions across various sectors including Creative Services and Legal Process Outsourcing. Prior experience at RR Donnelley, from September 2005 to October 2019, involved roles such as Managing Director for Investment Banking & Professional Services and Solutions Director. Earlier in the career, Helen held the position of Head of Business Development Services at HSBC from September 1988 to October 2004. Helen's educational background includes studies at Hylands from 1978 to 1983.
