Scott VerBracken has a diverse professional background in the automotive and customer service industries. Currently serving on the Advisory Board for Service Council™, Scott has held the position of Vice President of Automotive Services at AAA-The Auto Club Group. Additionally, Scott serves as Treasurer for the SOCAP Heartland Chapter and has experience as Operations Manager for Customer Care at Global Crossing Communications. Scott holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
