Bastien Nénot began their work experience in 2011 as a Real Estate Broker at Evolis - Immobilier d'entreprise. In 2012, they worked as an Industry Analyst at Chauvin Arnoux for a few months. From 2013 to 2017, Bastien worked at Otis Elevator Company, first as a Service Sales Representative and later as a Regional Account Manager. In 2017, they joined EUROVIA as a Key Account Manager. In 2021, Bastien became the Head of Account Management at Zenpark, and in 2022, they joined PAPREC GROUP as a Responsable Commercial Grands Comptes - La Corbeille bleue.

Bastien Nénot pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 2006. Bastien attended the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Licence degree in Economics. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, Bastien attended NEOMA Business School, where they completed their Master's Degree in Sup de Co. In 2010, they participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Deusto, specializing in International Management.
