Amanda Nichols currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel for Commercial Transactions at Silicon Ranch Corporation since February 2020, having previously held the position of Legal Counsel in the same area. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP from September 2012 to January 2020 and as a Summer Associate at the same firm in mid-2011. Amanda's early legal experience also includes a role as a Corporate Legal Intern at Clayton Homes in 2010. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed in 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and East Asian Studies from the University of Virginia, earned in 2009.
