Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has served as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care and environmental products. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include Owner/Manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutritionist at a private consulting firm from February 2016 to 2019, and University Instructor in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Businesses from Universidad Anahuac Online and a bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
