Joann Massonnaud is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and language education. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager Grands Comptes at Telelangue since September 2019, Joann focuses on building strategic partnerships to drive ROI for clients while managing business cases, upsells, and cross-sells.
