Shalini Patel, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Shalini currently serves as a Senior Operations Manager at Papa, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to their current role, Shalini worked at Lyft as an Operations Lead from October 2018 to May 2020. Shalini also has a strong background in retail, having served in multiple roles at Target. From September 2013 to September 2018, they were a Store Team Leader. Before that, they held the position of Executive Team Leader- Salesfloor from March 2012 to September 2013, and Executive Team Lead Human Resources from May 2010 to March 2012. Shalini began their career at Pulte Group, Inc., where they worked as a Lead Sales Ambassador from November 2006 to January 2008 and as a Customer Relations Manager from May 2005 to November 2006.

Shalini Patel, MBA, obtained their Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Florida in the period from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2008 to 2010, they pursued and successfully completed their Masters in Business Administration, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, at the same university.
