Raymond (Doug) Volle currently serves as a GCC Operations Analyst at Panorama Global, where responsibilities include project management and support for the Grants, Contracts & Compliance team. Previous experience includes roles such as Grants and Contracts Coordinator at Wellspring Family Services and Learning and Development Specialist at Northwest University. As a Teaching Assistant, Raymond contributed to a graduate-level course in Project Management for Development. Significant prior experience includes an Operations Officer role with Coastal Riverine Squadron 3, as well as various positions in the US Navy, including Surface Warfare Officer and Nuclear Engineering Officer onboard USS Harry S Truman.
