Nicole Lawson, MPA, CNP, serves as the Northwest Regional Director at United Way of Greater Atlanta since September 2019, where responsibilities include leading the Child Well-Being agenda and expanding donor engagement to drive revenue growth. Prior to this role, Nicole spent 14 years at YMCA Of Metro Atlanta, serving as Associate Executive Director, overseeing daily operations of a full facility and managing various departments while ensuring high-quality services for children in after school programs. Earlier experience includes a role as Development Manager at United Way of Greater Atlanta, where fundraising efforts generated $2 million. Nicole holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, both from Kennesaw State University.
