Diana Marcela Aparicio Jurado has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Responsable de la Demanda del Delivery at Panel Sistemas Informaticos since November 2008. In this role, Diana oversees the end-to-end project management for Online Charging systems for Ericsson, specifically for Telef贸nica Internacional. Previously, Diana held positions including Responsable equipo entregas y comunicaciones, facilitating coordination between development and client teams, and as an Analista de programaci贸n, focusing on resolving incidents related to data models within the convergent charging system. Prior experience includes an internship at Telef贸nica I+D, where Diana studied data charging code using the diameter protocol. Diana holds a Master's degree in Project Management from EAE Business School and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidad Santo Tom谩s.
