Kevin Abbott has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Kevin started their career in 1997 at Pacific Bell Wireless, where they played a key role in establishing the IT management philosophy and strategic partnerships. Kevin then moved on to AT&T, where they held various positions including Technical Director and Senior Technical Director, focusing on designing and implementing IT solutions, aligning enterprise technologies with business strategies, and improving customer service. Additionally, they served as a Regional IT Manager during the transition from Pacific Bell Wireless to Cingular. In 2005, they joined T Wireless as a Senior Technical Director, responsible for IT operations, staff training, and office relocations. Kevin later worked at T Services as a Senior Technical Director, leading a team supporting retail locations across the Western states. In 2010, they joined Panasonic Avionics Corporation, first as a Director of Information Technology and currently as the Head of Global IT, overseeing the global implementation of ServiceNow.

Kevin Abbott began their education in 1988 at California State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Composition. Kevin successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1991. In 2022, Kevin attended Wharton Executive Education for the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Presence Programs, specializing in CTO and Executive Presence. Kevin completed these programs in 2023.
