Jency Joseph is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in resource management and capability development. Currently serving as IT Resource Manager at Emirates since March 2014, Jency drives initiatives that align with organizational KPIs and collaborates with subject matter experts to address critical skill requirements. Previously, Jency held positions as IT People Capabilities Lead and Resource Specialist at Qatar Airways, where responsibilities included training module planning and overseeing a successful system migration. Jency began a career in aviation with Kingfisher Airlines, managing flight operations and ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders. Jency holds a Level 5 BTEC Higher National Certificate in Aviation and Travel Management from Pearson UK and a Bachelor of Science degree from All Saints' College, Thiruvananthapuram.
