Sutiono is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and operations. Currently serving as IT Technical Support at PT Pan Pacific Insurance since May 2015, Sutiono ensures the smooth functioning of the organization's IT infrastructure and software systems to facilitate operational activities. Previously, Sutiono worked at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. in various roles, including IT Operator Datacenter from April 2013 to October 2014, responsible for adhering to Data Center Operation Policy and executing disciplined operational processes, and as IT Field Support in early 2012, ensuring user computers functioned properly and maintained data security. Sutiono holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitas Nusa Mandiri and a High School Diploma in Informatics Management from AMIK BSI.
