Ruchira Kansal has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple companies and roles. Ruchira started their career at GE Information Services as a Financial Analyst and completed a corporate finance training program. Ruchira then worked at NBC as a Six Sigma Black Belt and later as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, leading process improvement projects and achieving significant savings. After that, they joined Midwest Consulting Group as a Management Consultant before moving to Assurant Employee Benefits as a Client Manager and IT Director. In their roles at Assurant, they led the annual process of identifying critical company service metrics and managed a team of Business Analysts. Ruchira also designed and implemented a standard analysis process. Later, Ruchira joined Sun Life Financial as an Associate Director in Management Reporting and Analytics, and then as a Director in Client Loyalty and Analytics, gaining experience in strategy and business development. Currently, they are working at EMPLOYERS as a Director in IT Management Reporting and Metrics.
