Wilmen Lusthom, S.Kom, AAIK has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Wilmen started their career as a teaching assistant at BINUS University in 2007 and worked in that role until 2009. Wilmen then moved on to work as an IT-Business Analyst at ADIRA from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they worked as an IT Business and System Analyst at Astra Credit Companies (ACC) from 2011 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Information Technology at PT Pan Pacific Insurance, a role they have been in since 2014.

Wilmen Lusthom, S.Kom, AAIK completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from BINUS University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In January 2016, they obtained the certification of "Ahli Asuransi Ilmu Kerugian" from AAMAI. Additionally, in April 2009, they obtained the "IBM Certified Database Associate -- DB2 9 Fundamentals" certification from IBM. In October 2020, they achieved the certification of "Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect" from Google.
