Jeremy Oien is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in overseeing and managing IT shared services. Currently serving as the Senior Director of IT Shared Services at PacificSource Health Plans since November 2012, Jeremy leads all aspects of IT infrastructure, security, and enterprise resource management. Previous roles at PacificSource include Director and IT Director of Infrastructure, where key contributions involved developing cloud strategies and ensuring efficient operational support across various IT services. Prior to joining PacificSource, Jeremy held leadership positions at Columbia Distributing, NW Tire Factory, and G.I. Joe's, showcasing a strong background in IT infrastructure management and team leadership. Jeremy's career in IT began with hands-on technical roles at Advise Computer Services and CyberHighway of Salem, and military experience in the U.S. Air Force further solidified a foundational skill set in electronics and systems management. Jeremy holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronics from Minot State University and an Associate's Degree in Electronics from the Community College of the Air Force.
