Jose Colon is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system administration and network management. Currently serving as System Administrator and IT Coordinator at Pan American Grain since October 2016, Jose oversees the company's network across five remote locations while managing software and hardware configurations. Previously, Jose worked at Ontime Soft Inc from March 2011 to October 2016, responsible for the installation and maintenance of complex systems for pharmacy and retail clients. Additional experience includes roles at educational institutions and retail companies, where Jose honed skills in biometric systems, computer repair, and customer service. Jose holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico, earned between 2008 and 2013.
