Mark Gamboa currently serves as the General Manager at PopStroke Entertainment Group since August 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held multiple positions at Fox Restaurant Concepts, including General Manager and Assistant General Manager, from October 2019 to August 2023. Mark gained further experience as Assistant General Manager at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas for a brief period in 2019 and previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at Fox Restaurant Concepts from May 2018 to April 2019. Mark began a career in restaurant management as Restaurant Manager at Grill Concepts, Inc. from June 2015 to February 2018. Mark completed education at New Mexico State University.
