Henrik Ebeling has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Henrik is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at ±ÊÃ¥³¾¾±²Ô»å since September 2021. Previously, Henrik was the Managing Director, Founder, and Owner of Recoplan AB, where they provided resource coordination and planning software products and IT services to companies of all sizes since August 2010.
Henrik also worked as a Product Manager at Epidemic Sound from April 2021 to September 2021. Prior to that, Henrik was the Chief Technology Officer at ICA Gruppen from November 2017 to April 2021, where they successfully led the development of ICA Spara and implemented agile and DevOps practices.
Before joining ICA Gruppen, Henrik held various positions at SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) from March 2012 to February 2018, including Project Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. Henrik was responsible for the SAS mobile app, which was awarded the best mobile app in the travel industry at the Business Travel Awards in 2015.
Henrik also worked as a Technical Project Manager at SJ AB from March 2011 to February 2012, where they managed a mobile applications development project for Android and iPhone clients. The app received the Best App Launch of the Year award in 2011.
Prior to their roles at ICA Gruppen, SAS, and SJ AB, Henrik worked at Jeppesen from 1999 to 2010. Henrik held various positions, including Manager of R&D Sea Terminals, Manager of Applications Development and OR, and Consultant/Senior Consultant/Project Manager.

In 1995, they enrolled at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where they pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a major in Optimization. Henrik studied at the institute for four years, completing their studies in 1999.
In the same year, they briefly attended the University of Florida to work on their Master Thesis, focusing on the field of Optimization.
Prior to their time at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Henrik Ebeling also spent a brief period at Uppsala University in 1995. During their time there, they studied Computer Science, completing a 20 p credit course.
These educational experiences provide a foundation in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Optimization, as well as knowledge in Computer Science.
