Michalina Nowak has extensive experience in HR management, starting in 2019 with TENESYS SP. Z O.O. where they held the position of HR Manager until February 2023. Michalina then moved on to Palturai in February 2023 also as an HR Manager. Prior to their HR roles, they worked as a Specialist at SQM Rental&Events from January 2016 to June 2019. Before that, they held positions as a Specialist in the Payment Card Team at Crédit Agricole from June 2014 to January 2016, and as a Senior Specialist in the Operations Department at TopCard from November 2012 to January 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant to the Management Office at Signal Group from July 2011 to August 2012, completed an internship in the Presidential Office at Urząd Miasta Poznań from December 2010 to February 2011, and worked as an Office Employee at One Event from June 2010 to September 2010.

Michalina Nowak completed their education from 2007 to 2011 at Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where they earned a Magister (Mgr) degree in Administracja.
