Silvia Stoyanova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and data management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the APAC & EMEA Strategic Sourcing Lead at Bloomberg since January 2022, Silvia was previously the EMEA Non-Tech Sourcing Lead at Macquarie Group and held various leadership roles at Bloomberg LP from 2010 to 2021. These roles included leadership positions in both Capital Structure and Equity Data teams, where responsibilities encompassed workflow management, data accuracy, team performance, and cross-regional collaboration. Silvia began their career in consulting and education, with earlier positions at Saul & Partners Executive Search and La Quinta, and holds a BA Hons in Finance from the European School of Economics.
