Shedrach Okafor has a solid background in quality assurance and operations within the Point of Sale (POS) sector, currently serving as a POS Quality Assurance & Operations Personnel at PalmPay since August 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Team Lead for POS Quality Control and Management at Capricorn Digital Limited, where responsibilities involved inspecting completed work to ensure adherence to client specifications. Additionally, Shedrach worked as an Operations Officer within the POS unit and began a career in sales as a Sales Representative at PZ Cussons. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Strategy and Operations from the International Business Management Institute in 2021 and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from ISCG University in Cotonou, Benin Republic, completed in 2017.
