Eric Phillips has extensive experience in technology and operations within the financial services sector, currently serving as the COO and Head of B2C Platforms Strategy and Operations at BMO since July 2019. Previous roles include multiple directorships at Citi, where responsibilities encompassed loss prevention technology, credit and collections, and enterprise fraud management. Eric also held various leadership positions at Fifth Third Bank and contributed to customer service and collections at JCPenney and GE Capital.
