Mika Inkinen has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality industry, currently serving as °­±ð¾±³Ù³Ù¾±Ã¶±èää±ô±ô¾±°ì°ìö at Palmia Oy since March 2022. Prior to this role, Mika worked as a Chef at Leijona Catering Oy from February 2021 to March 2022 and held the position of General Manager at Niittysilta Oy for eight years, from February 2013 to February 2021. Other notable positions include Chef roles at Keilarannan Helmi, Hanaholmen - Swedish-Finnish Cultural Centre, Restaurant Gallery Hariton, Restaurant Farouge, Restaurant Sipuli, Planet Hollywood International, and Kaunialan Sairaala Oy, spanning from 1995 to 2013. Mika is also an alumnus of Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2010.
