Stephen Williams currently serves as the Pistol Operations Manager at Palmetto State Armory, a position held since July 2020. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at FN America, LLC from August 2004 to July 2020, contributing as a Subject Matter Expert in Pistols and E-Novation, as well as a Supplier Quality Engineer responsible for implementing Supplier Quality Management Programs. Stephen's earlier experience includes serving as a Quality Technician III for the Army National Guard, where the focus was on marksmanship training and small arms weapons systems. Stephen also held the role of Squad Designated Marksman within the National Guard. Earlier in the career, Stephen worked at Clariant as a Chemical Operator. Stephen has earned a Certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Integrated Quality Services in 2017 and attended Midlands Technical College from 2000 to 2002.
