Moroni Pickering has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Moroni started their career as a Software Developer at InsurQuote, where they developed desktop insurance rating systems and served as the Build Coordinator and Tool Smith. Moroni then worked at Advocast, Inc as a Software Engineer, where they developed dynamic web and desktop interfaces using Cold Fusion, Delphi, C++, HTML, and JavaScript.

Moroni later joined International Software Solutions as a Software Engineer, responsible for various software development tasks. Moroni then moved on to World Wide Software, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer and primarily focused on developing customer management software using object-oriented design, relational databases, and SQL.
