Irem Karsli has over five years of work experience in the fields of workforce management, data analysis, and AI workflow management. Irem began their career in 2017 as a Test Center Administrator at Prometric. In 2018, they joined Accenture as a Workforce Management Analyst and Data Analyst. In 2021, they moved to Just Eat Takeaway.com as a Workforce Management Specialist. Currently, they are working as a Decision Engineer / AI Workflow Manager at PAIR Finance.

Irem Karsli has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Vistula University which they obtained from 2017 to 2021. Irem also attended International Baccalaureate from 2015 to 2017 and HISM from 2014 to 2015, where they received a Cambridge - IGCSE.
