Helena Painhas serves as the CEO and Member of the Board at PAINHAS SA since 2005. Helena holds prominent leadership positions including Presidente at SEDES - Associação para o Desenvolvimento Económico e Social and Presidente do conselho at AEMinho - Associação Empresarial do Minho since 2022. Additionally, Helena is a Member of the Advisory Board for Mulheres na Energia, Presidente do conselho executivo at PXXI - Associação Cultural, and Administrator at AQTSE - agência para a qualificação técnica do setor elétrico. Helena also contributes as a Member of the Assembly of Representatives for Ordem dos Engenheiros, a member of the General Council at Instituto Politécnico de Viana do Castelo, and Vice-President of the General Assembly at ANJE, all roles held since early 2020. Helena has been a member of the Board for ERI Engenharia S.A. since 2010 and holds degrees from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and AESE, including a PDE in Business Administration and Management.
