Patrice Royer has extensive experience in electrical engineering within the building sector, holding the position of Chargé d'étude électriques dans bâtiment at OTCELR since October 2005, responsible for high and low voltage electricity and serving as a coordinator for safety systems. Prior to this role, Patrice worked as a Projeteur électricité CFO/CFA at BET FERRER from May 2002 to September 2005 and at BETCE Ingénierie from July 1999 to April 2002, where responsibilities included designing high and low current systems for buildings. Educational background includes a Technico-commercial Européen degree from GRETA Midi-pyrénnées (1993-1994) and a BTS in Technologie électromécanique and technology d'ingénierie électromécanique from Lycée Déodat de Séverac - TLSE (1987-1992).
