Ben Blair is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager at PagerDuty since March 2022, Ben has previously held significant roles including Vice President of Engineering & Security at Catalytic Labs, LLC from October 2015 to March 2022, and Co-Founder and CTO of MarkITx, where Ben launched the first online exchange for trading used IT hardware. Ben co-founded Cerrio to create a user-friendly platform for distributed real-time systems and led the technology team at BBR Trading for over a decade, fostering competitive trading system development. Ben's career began as Lead Developer at PEAK6 Investments LP, contributing foundational work in trading systems. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Physics from the University of Chicago, earned between 1995 and 2000.
