Paul Holland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in site operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Site Operations Manager at Pact Group Holdings Ltd since June 2022, Paul previously worked as a Supply Chain and Manufacturing Consultant at Per Astra Ltd from January 2017 to June 2022, and as Site Manager at Huntsman Corporation from June 2001 to December 2016, overseeing the Duxford Advanced Materials site. Additionally, Paul held various roles at Huntsman Corporation, including Senior Commercial Manager Electronics and Regional Supply Chain Manager, contributing to significant growth and restructuring efforts in the Asia Pacific region. Earlier, Paul was an ERP Project Manager at Vantico, implementing SAP across multiple countries, and served as Production Manager at Ciba for a decade, managing all aspects of manufacturing and supply chain operations. Paul holds a degree from RMIT University.
