Refael Asayag is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the plastic manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Chief of Operations at Plastopil Ltd. since September 2023, Refael has previously held significant roles at Ginegar Plastic Products Ltd., including Manager of Ginegar activity in India, Chief Operating Officer, and Plant Manager from April 2016 to October 2023. Prior roles include COO at Shahaf from October 2014 to April 2016 and Production Manager at Ginegar from September 2008 to October 2014. Refael began a career in production management at Plastopil BV, where tenure lasted from August 1991 to August 2008. Educationally, Refael holds a degree as a practical engineer in Mechanical Engineering from Braude Academic College, completed between 2000 and 2002.
