Hemant Vanaik is an experienced finance and supply chain professional with a strong background in management and operational strategy. Currently serving as General Manager at Pact Group Holdings Ltd since February 2015, Hemant is responsible for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and fostering partnerships with key stakeholders globally. Previously, Hemant held senior roles at TIC Group, including Senior Manager of Operations and Planning, where contributions were made to the company's growth strategy and operational performance. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Analyst/Project Manager at Dalkia Energy Services, leading energy audits and identifying cost-saving opportunities for diverse industries. Hemant holds an MBA in Finance from Melbourne Business School and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
