Dale Stanley currently serves as the Quality/EHS Manager at Packless Industries, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Dale Stanley dedicated over 24 years to the United States Air Force, where responsibilities included serving as a C-130 Instructor/Evaluator Navigator and Chief of Aviation Workforce Policy, orchestrating workforce structure policy development for over 20,000 personnel. Dale Stanley also held various command positions overseeing training for 130 units and managing multimillion-dollar budgets. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Military Strategic Studies from USAF Air War College, a Master of Science in Operations Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, and a Master of Arts in Business Administration from American Military University, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University.
