April Cameron is an experienced kitchen and culinary management professional with a diverse background in the food service industry. Currently serving as Kitchen Manager at Pacini since March 2016, April has previously held positions as Head Chef at Toque Canadian Pub and Kitchen Manager at Ship and Anchor. Responsibilities have included menu development, inventory control, scheduling, and financial management across multiple establishments. April began a culinary career as a Line Cook and Garde Manger in various restaurants and hotels, complemented by a Diploma in Culinary Management from Conestoga College.
