Currently serving as a Senior Escrow Officer and Compliance Officer at Pacific Coast Title Company since October 2020, Trudy has previously held similar senior roles at Precision Escrow and Realty Escrow Corp. Trudy's expertise encompasses handling various real estate escrows, including commercial and residential sales and refinances. Trudy has also managed escrow operations at New Century Title Company and has been involved with EASGV for nearly three decades. Trudy's educational background includes studies at Ashford University, Citrus College, and Azusa High School.
