Baird Allis has a work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career at Locke Lord LLP in 2011 as an Associate and later became a Partner in 2015. They worked at Locke Lord LLP until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Baird Allis worked at Old Republic International Corp. as a Vice President and Associate General Counsel. Currently, since November 2021, they hold the position of Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Kemper.

Baird Allis completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in History at the University of Chicago from 1997 to 2002. Later, they pursued a Doctor of Law degree at the Notre Dame Law School from 2003 to 2006.
