Taylor Gillhouse has extensive experience in talent acquisition and technical recruiting, currently serving as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Pace University. Previous roles include Senior Technical Recruiter at Aegis Ventures and Tonic.ai, and Director of Engineering Recruiting along with Senior Recruiter at Attentive. Additionally, Taylor has contributed to talent acquisition efforts at Fundera. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Iowa and has furthered education through the Juilliard Evening Division program from 2020 to 2021.
