Emma Lou currently serves as Regional Sales Manager at PJH, a company that has been sourcing and supplying bathroom fixtures, appliances, and related products throughout the UK since 1972. In this role since June 2018, Emma Lou contributes to PJH's long-term stability and customer support as part of the Globe Union group, which operates in nine countries across three continents. Prior to this, from July 2014 to June 2018, Emma Lou held the position of Head of Customer Relations at Grafton Group plc Frontline Bathrooms, further honing expertise in customer service and relationship management within the industry.
