Allan Waschak is an accomplished professional in the real estate and construction industries with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Sales Associate at Samson Properties since December 2009, Allan also owns and operates Allan Homes Unlimited, a remodeling company specializing in additions, full house makeovers, and major restorations since February 2000. Additionally, Allan has held the positions of Fund Raising Chairman and Aquatics Coordinator for the Special Olympics Howard County since February 1995, and has been the owner of Allan Homes, Inc. since May 1979, where custom clients are assisted in designing their dream homes. Formerly a Sales Associate at Le Reve Real Estate from January 2011 to December 2019, Allan is recognized for expertise as a home builder, remodeling contractor, and real estate agent. Allan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
