Nikolay Naydenov has extensive experience in loan servicing and asset management. Nikolay is currently serving as a Vice President of Loan Servicing at Oxane Partners since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at SITUS ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED from 2017 to 2022, where they held the position of Associate/Asset Manager, responsible for managing a portfolio of loans and serving as a primary contact with clients and third parties. Before that, they worked at Hatfield Phillips International as an Asset Manager for NPL Servicing from 2015 to 2017 and as an Associate Manager for Portfolio Management from 2012 to 2014. Nikolay was also associated with the Primary Servicing department and worked as a Loan Servicing Analyst at Hatfield Philips International from 2009 to 2012. Furthermore, they gained some experience as an Assistant Accountant at Credit Suisse in 2008 and as a Junior Analyst at The Situs Companies/Credit Suisse in 2007.

Nikolay Naydenov completed their primary education at Maxim Gorky Russian Language School in Ruse, Bulgaria, from 1982 to 1989. Nikolay then pursued their secondary education in English at Geo Milev English Language School, also in Ruse, from 1989 to 1994.

Afterward, they attended D.A.Tsenov Academy of Economics in Bulgaria, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from 1996 to 2000. Nikolay went on to complete another Bachelor's degree in Finance at the same institution from 1998 to 2002.

Later, Nikolay Naydenov enrolled at Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School, City University London, where they obtained a Master's degree in Real Estate from 2008 to 2010.
